2 Domains 1 License?

We are just completing our first ADNSF site to find that one of our products now requires exclusivity meaning they can't be on the same site as a competitor.

We are now going to use a 2nd domain foir that product only, we would like to use our current cart but only show 1 brand etc.

My first question is can we do this under 1 license?

if yes, has this been done before? what's the best approach?

if no, do we need to buy a new license?
