Is it not possible to order more than one of a kit product in a single order, where each instance has different kit choices?

For example, I might want to order two computer kits - one with speakers, and the other with an extra hard drive. If I update my quantity to 2, I get two speakers and two hard drives. If I just set it for one, then go back to the product, I cannot add a new instance of a product. Am I just missing an app config?
