Phone Order Entry Issues
We were using version 7 of aspdotnetstorefront.
We recently migrated their to version 9.2 Multi-store, starting over with a fresh database.
Everything went great except that the phone order is not behaving as expected and not how the manual shows.
For phone order entry:
The CSRs are able to sell products that are not visible on our public faciing store.
The CSRs are able to offer different shipping options that are not visible our public facing store.
Here are the issues:
1. In the manual, there is a picutre of the phone order entry that differs from what I see on our site. The following options are missing: Home Page, SiteMap1, SiteMap2, <<Product Search, View Cart, Checkout. The most important thing missing is the <<product search as that is how we used to locate items that exist on the back-end but are not visibile on the public-facing store.
2. In the frame below the header our entire public-facing web site is the user interface.
So basically, we can impersonate a user but the only functionality we get is what is on the public-facing store.
How can I get the phone order entry to work like version 7.x? How can I get the missing functionality back...especially the product search?
