I am considering buying Attribute-Based Filtering and Sorting addon from here

I am not sure did I understand this correctly, please correct me If I am wrong.
In the product table, I can connect a column (column that hold sizes) with this addon, and it will provide narrow search on that column?

Is this how it works?
