I am trying to get this WSI thing to work. I wonder is there a sample for 9.3 version?

Did you get Commander with 9.3? If so I'd use that it's much easier if you don't know WSI. If not then you can purchase it as an add on.

I did not get Commander, am I supposed to get it?

I managed to get the WSI test application up and running.
