Symptom
Error: "This control is licensed for AspDotNetStorefront and is not redistributable." is shown for many of the functions in Admin when the site is running unlicensed.

Cause
This is caused by the Telerik control being wrapped in licensing in the MSx9.3 release.

Solution
Add a valid license file for the site and Reset Cache in the Admin Console.
