The shipping estimator on the checkout page always displays the cheapest shipping but when the customer goes to actually select the shipping method at checkout the list of shipping options is by a set order, not by the cheapest. The result is that the cheapest option is not always the default or selected radio button. Is there a way to order the list by cost so that the cheapest is the default?
