    Default Getting SSL to work?????

    How do I get my SSL certificate set up? I have already contacted support and I have conformation email from them saying they have set it up for me. But now whenever I click yes to "use ssl" I get this error -

    ERROR: No SSL certificate was found on your site. Please check with your hosting company! You must be able to invoke your store site using https:// before turning SSL on in this admin site!

    So what am I missing?
