USPS appconfig url for tracking is not working - does anyone know the new url

version 8.0.1.2 uses appconfig 726 ShippingTrackingURL.USPS for click and track info.

Formally the value was: http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do?origTrackNum={0}

This does not work anymore with the new USPS system.

Does anyone have the new URL?
