Minimum order for retail & wholesale

We are using version 8.1 and we are successfully using the minimum order app config for our retail customers.

But how can we set up a different minimum required order amount for our wholesale customers?

In other words:

Retail minimum order = $20
Wholesale minimum order = $50

How would we do this?

I'm in the process of upgrading from 8.0.1.2 to 9.3 and neither of these versions seems to have an appconfig that sets a mimmimum order amount. Can you give me the exact name of the appconfig or is this something custom?

Anybody know if this option is available in version Multistore 9.2.0.0/9.2.0.0

What I am after is a general minimum order for wholesale.
Example: we only accept orders over 250$
