Some newbie questions

I am getting ready to go live with my first ASPDNSF site, MS 9.1 and there are a few things I just cannot find. Please forgive me missing something that should be obvious!

Where do you add the text for things like policies, privacy, returns, etc? Is it in the appConfig or hard coded on the relevant pages? I see the XML file that specs the page name but those pages don't seem to exist. I assume the site is dynamicaly creating them? But where is that set in the app config?

Is there a way to set the dims of the image popup (without editing code? ? I see where you can make it resizeable but I don't see a setting for dimensions.

I think I might have answered my own question. That stuff is in content\topics, yes?

I get an object not found error when I try to edit content so I have never even see what is there.
