Default Is anyone using the Facebook commerce app?

I am evaluating wether to get the Facebook app.

Are you using the Facebook commerce app?
How does it work for you? Is it worth the $500 investment?
Do you run it on Multistore 9.2? Was the installation easy?
    Any gotchas?

    Thanks
    for your feedback.

You don't really need to pay for it ... you can accomplish the same thing without being a Facebook developer or spending too much $$$. Here's how:

    1. On facebook, search for WooBox or browse to https://apps.facebook.com/iframehost-a/?ref=ts

    2. Add the App to your FanPage

    3. Add a Link to your site content in the App settings - for an example, see https://www.facebook.com/JuliaBakerC...05521576149308

We accomplished this by creating a Facebook category, adding products for display and then applying a special template (520px wide) to display on Facebook. The simpleproduct XML package was modified to redirect to the full site.

I assume people are looking for a way to post their Web Store items to their Facebook page (not on a tab page). If that's the case, we are working on a solution (currently in Beta, looking for Beta testers) where users can post their items like a Facebook post on their fan's walls. This cloud service will enable companies with the unique ability to post individual items for sale to a retailer’s social communities such as Facebook and Twitter with integrated inventory synchronization and shopping cart capabilities. http://www.nchannel.com/2013/02/12/nchannel-inc-and-zoopshop-inc-technology-partnership-set-to-trigger-social-selling-opportunities/

    Hopefully that helps.
